On Thursday, May 16, 2019, in the presence of Dr. Karwan Fahmi-Vice President of the University of Zakho for Students Affairs, Mr. Khelat Mousa-Director of Students Dormitories, and Mula Idria S. Ali-Former Member of Kurdistan Parliament and member of the committee responsible of making Iftar in Ramadan for students living in the students dormitories, a press conference on the process and the management and preparation for Iftar for more than 2500 students.
In the press conference, Mr. Khelat Mousa talked widely about the aim and purpose of this charity project and providing food for students of different religious and ethnic background. Then he appreciated Mula Idris for his efforts because this project is organized by him and a number of charitable members of the society.
Likewise, he thanked Assistant Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel-President of the University of Zakho, and staff of the university for their support and their role in the success of the project then he stressed on the importance of this project for students.
